Does this work with TikTok Lead Generation Ads specifically?
Yes — LeadZap is built specifically for TikTok Lead Generation campaigns (also called Instant Form ads). You connect your TikTok ad account once with a single "Connect with TikTok" button (no copy-pasting). After that, when a prospect submits your TikTok Lead Form, TikTok sends the submission to LeadZap, and we send it straight to your WhatsApp. It does not work with TikTok Shop or standard traffic/conversion campaigns.
Do I need tech skills or coding to set this up?
No. If you can click a button and log in to TikTok, you can set this up. We provide a step-by-step guide. Setup typically takes about 5 minutes.
Do I need to install an app?
No. LeadZap works entirely in the background. Notifications are delivered to your existing personal or business WhatsApp number. No new app to download.
What if my media buyer or agency manages my TikTok Ads account?
No problem. Simply forward your LeadZap setup email's Connect with TikTok link to the person who is an Admin of the ad account, and ask them to click it and press Allow. It takes about a minute. The link is personal and works once, so only send it to someone you trust.
What lead data do I receive?

What if I don't run TikTok Lead Gen Ads every day?
That's fine. LeadZap only activates when a lead submits your form. On days when your ads aren't running or generating submissions, nothing happens — but you're always ready the moment a lead comes in.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you cancel, your service continues until the end of your current billing period. Your Google Sheet data stays accessible to you for 90 days after cancellation, so you have time to download a copy.
What happens if I pay late?
Nothing is ever charged automatically. Before each renewal date we send you reminders 7, 4 and 2 days ahead, each with a secure payment link (FPX, card or DuitNow). If you pay before your renewal date, 30 days are added to your current end date, so you never lose any days by paying early. If you pay after your renewal date, your new 30 days start on the day you pay. While your account is unpaid, WhatsApp alerts are paused, but leads that arrive are kept safely for up to 30 days so they can be added to your sheet when you pay.
Can I come back after my account closes?
Yes, anytime. Just pay using the link in any LeadZap reminder email and your account reactivates within seconds, with the same Google Sheet and leads you had before. Your sheet stays available to view and download for 90 days after your account closes, and we email you on day 60 and again on day 85 as a reminder to save a copy. After 90 days the sheet is permanently deleted. If you come back after that, we create a fresh sheet for you automatically, but leads from the old sheet cannot be recovered.
I submitted the trial form but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first — our confirmation email sometimes lands there. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, simply resubmit the trial form with the same details and a new confirmation email will be sent.
I clicked the confirmation link but it says "Link Invalid or Expired." What now?
Confirmation links are valid for 24 hours. If yours has expired, just resubmit your trial request from our homepage and a fresh link will be sent to your email immediately.
I confirmed my email but haven't received my setup email yet. Is something wrong?
Not at all — there's no manual review. The moment you confirm your email, our system automatically emails you your Connect with TikTok button and setup steps, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam or Promotions folder if it's been longer than that, or email us at hello@digitalvibe.my and we'll sort it out quickly.
I made a mistake in my form (wrong email or phone number). What should I do?
