Does this work with TikTok Lead Generation Ads specifically?
Yes — LeadZap is built specifically for TikTok Lead Generation campaigns (also called Instant Form ads). When a prospect submits your TikTok Lead Form, our system captures that submission via TikTok's Leads API and sends it straight to your WhatsApp. It does not work with TikTok Shop or standard traffic/conversion campaigns.
Do I need tech skills or coding to set this up?
No. If you can copy and paste a link, you can set this up. We provide a step-by-step guide with screenshots. Most subscribers are live and receiving leads within 10 minutes.
Do I need to install an app?

I clicked the confirmation link but it says "Link Invalid or Expired." What now?
Confirmation links are valid for 24 hours. If yours has expired, just resubmit your trial request from our homepage and a fresh link will be sent to your email immediately.
I confirmed my email but haven't received a WhatsApp message yet. Is something wrong?

I made a mistake in my form (wrong email or phone number). What should I do?
