A campaign using the Lead Generation objective with an Instant Form already created

Keep WhatsApp open on the number you registered — you'll receive a test notification

Find Your Webhook URL
Your unique Webhook URL was sent in your LeadZap welcome WhatsApp message when your account was activated. Open that message and copy the full URL — including
https:// at the start.

Keep this private. Your Webhook URL is unique to your account and linked only to your WhatsApp number. Never share it with anyone — including other TikTok account holders.

Log Into TikTok Ads Manager
Go to ads.tiktok.com and log in to the TikTok Ads account you registered with LeadZap.
Make sure you're on the correct TikTok Ads account — the same one registered with LeadZap. Using the wrong account means leads will NOT reach you.

Navigate to Your Lead Gen Ad Group
In TikTok Ads Manager:
- Click Campaign in the top navigation
- Find your Lead Generation campaign (objective must be "Lead Generation")
- Expand the campaign, then click on your Ad Group
- Click Edit on the Ad Group

Important: The webhook setting is at the Ad Group level — not Campaign level. You must edit the Ad Group, not the Campaign.

Find the Webhook Field
Inside the Ad Group editor, scroll down to the Instant Form section. Look for a field labelled one of:
- Webhook
- Lead Notification
- CRM Integration
- 3rd Party Integration

Paste Your LeadZap Webhook URL
Click the Webhook URL field and paste your unique LeadZap URL from Step 1. Double-check that the URL is complete with no extra spaces.

TikTok may show a "Verify" or "Test" button next to the field. Click it if available — it confirms the connection is live.
Save your changes by clicking Save/Submit at the bottom. Your ad continues running normally.

Send a Test Lead
TikTok allows you to submit a test lead without running real ads:
- Go to Tools → Lead Generation → Instant Forms
- Find your form and click "Preview"
- Fill in the preview form and submit
What to expect: Within seconds, you should receive a WhatsApp from LeadZap: "✅ Connected! Your LeadZap webhook is working." — Test leads are NOT saved to your Google Sheet. Only real customer leads are saved.

Check Your Google Sheet
Open the Google Sheet link from your welcome message — this is where all real leads are saved automatically. Bookmark it for easy access.
Each Lead Gen Form gets its own tab. If you run multiple campaigns with different forms, LeadZap automatically creates a separate tab for each one — keeping your leads organised by campaign with no mixing of data.
